[Devel] The mail address @developer.skolelinux.no do not work

I've noticed several people listing their email address using the user
name given on developer.skolelinux.no.  This do not work (at least it
shouldn't).  There is no mail delivery to developer.skolelinux.no.  If
you want an address for @skolelinux.no, you will have to contact
postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and ask for one.  The skolelinux mail system
is on a different host from developer.skolelinux.no, and is
administrated separately.  It is required to have an account on
developer.skolelinux.no first, before requesting an email account.
