[Devel] some parts of IKT-bok.lyx are missing from the english translation

I just finished creating IKT-bok.en.lyx source corresponding to the norwegian 
version. The latter has several new paragraphs that still need an english 
translation:

2.1.5
2.1.6
2.2 introductionary paragraph
3.2.3
4.1.1 (this replaces 4.1.1-4.1.6 from IKT-bok.html.en ?)
4.1.2
6.5

also 2.1.3 differs between the lyx source and the html as to what info needs 
to be filled in, which is right?
