just looked into this, for future reference:
the glibc values can be found in /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED
while de X-settings can be found under /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale, the latter
should indeed be lowercase and without the dash
just fixed locale-config-skolelinux/conffiles.d/kde accordingly
