[Devel] Dutch use different notation for charset

Hi,

In the file locale-config-skolelinux/conffiles.d/kde2 dutch profiles are
set to the charset ISO-8859-15 while norwegian ones are iso8859-1.

I am aware that the dutch areas are part of euroland, but are the
difference in case and the added hyphen intentional?

Also, is it tested that swedish works with the charset iso10646-1 (in an
email a moment ago it was mentioned that KDE2 only properly supports
iso8859-1)?
