[Devel] Packages with problems in Sid/Sarge.

For quite some time ago, I wrote a script to extract the packages
releant for Skolelinux with differences between Sid/Unstable and
Sarge/Testing.  The current list contains 204 packages, and some of
them need patches and/or rescheduled buildd time to get into Sarge.

I urge everyone, Debian developers and others, to submit patches into
BTS, and report bugs on packages with problems.
