The debian-edu servers are borrowing serial console access from NUUG, using their Spiderport.
To administrate the spiderport, use telnet to cserv.nuug.no port 2048. The password is fetched from Petter Reinholdtsen or Anders Nordby. One should always telnet from a machine on the local net to avoid sending the password in clear text over the Internet.
