Goal: 

  To recruit more testers, translators and developers to the
  Skolelinux/Debian edu project. Get more schools to use Skolelinux
  and them to help each other. To facilitate environment so that
  contributors can carry through free software project with a
  successful independent of they do this as voluntary or professional
  work.


Process:

  - Facilitation of champion programs where more experienced people
    helps inexperienced people.

  - Facilitation of developer gatherings where contributors and users
    meets to reach common goals: That is to make Skolelinux/Debian edu
    a even better solution.

  - Facilitate testing environment that help developers to get better
    test-report from expert users, apprentices and other people that
    are testing Skolelinux

  - Share competence with businesses and public sector so that they
    can get more for less with using free software.

  - Help people to make project-plans together so that they can reach
    their project-goals in the Skolelinux/Debian edu community, and
    delivers final report about what they experienced and learned in
    the projects. 

  - File weekly repports about future activeties and delivered
    results.

  - Write a 3 monthly work strategy for the projects in Skolelinux
    after project participants has decided a realistic project-plan.

Criteria of evaluation:

  - Getting more developers, testers and translators to the
    project. Help them to stay in the project.

  - Getting more people to participate at gatherings for developers
    and users. 

  - Help businesses to make money on Skolelinux (as In/Out does, and
    the also hire people now).

  - Making the maintaing of the Skolelinux architecture economically
    sustainable over time through maintenance, and developer
    agreements.

  - Getting more founding to the free software projects in Norway and
    through the EU-system

1.  OpenOffice foundation
2.  OpenOffice translation to nynorsk and bokmål
3.  Translation of user applications (KDE/GNOME) nn, nb, sme
4.  Norwegian spell-checker and word-list in OOo and user appl.
5.  Architecture
6.  Dokumentation (day-to-day operation, course-ware, etc.)
7.  Web-publishing
8.  Running and maintenance of the Skolelinux developer-environment
     (servers, web, e-mail lists, cvs etc.)
9.  Developer gatherings
10. Advisory service, Competence centre, EPITS (Norwegian: OPIOS)
    (education, projecting, introducing, training, supporting)
11. Recruiting and follow-up (mentoring, champion program etc).
12. ICT-operation concept with Skolelinux (contracts, rolles,
    personnel, customer service, gatherings). 
13. Ila primary school (math lab and digital competence).
14. Product development (with testing and bug fixing).
15. Contribution to the Skolelinux user organisation
16. Bilateral contract with commercial and non-commercial with partner
17. School applications
