The version 1.4 of the JRE can be distributed as part of the software
package.  I cannot guarantee however that the terms for future versions
will always remain the same.  I would suggest that you verify any changes
in licensing terms when you download new versions of the software.
If the JRE is to be distributed with anything other than a software
package (for instance if you were also providing hardware) you need to
contact Sun to obtain alternative licensing terms.
