When starting Opera 7.20, a dialogbox appears with the title Velkommen til
Opera, asking several questions about the the startwindow, there is a box in the
corner saying "Ikke vis denne dialogen igjen"(do not show this message again);
when checking this box, nothing happens, this dialogbox appears again every time
Opera is started. The same problem is with the Exit dialogbox "Avslutte Opera?".

It doesn't matter if one check these boxes, the dialogboxes appears again and
again. The only way to start Opera, is to click on «Start», which is the box
next to «Kjøp Opera»(buy Opera)...
