[Devel] More translations for the language question

The language question in Debian need a translated text for each
supported language/region (locale).  The text should be on this form
(the region part is optional):

  Choose this to proceed in <language> [(<region/country>)]

Some of the texts are currently translated using the previous version
of the text, or not translated at all.  Can any of you provide an
UTF-8 version of the following phrases:

  Chinese (Simplified): ÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂ Enter ÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂ

I believe we have translators available for at least some of these
languages.  Please send an UTF-8 encoded version of the text, and I'll
commit it into the languagechooser package in the Debian CVS.
