 Indeed, this is a quite typical Nigerian scam.
Should devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx become restricted to
subscribers only, to spare us for this kind of
garbage?

 Somebody would have to take on the responsibility
of moderating the list then: All "suspicious" mail
is held back and sent to the list maintainer, who'd
better read mail daily.
