[Devel] state of translation

I finshed the dutch translation of the website and documentation.
Meaning that I translated everything that's available in english.
Both arkitektur.sgml and IKT-bok.lyx had some chapters added recently (one
small chapter for arkitektur.sgml, 3 chapters, two fairly long ones for
IKT-bok.lyx), translations for these are are currently missing,
Tommy Gildseth has been working the norwegian-only webpages, so their number
has dwindled (tnx tommy:), however victory is not yet complete
*a horn calls, and a crowd gathers around the kings messager*
All norwegian speaking knights in shining armor are called upon to hack away
at the untranslated hoards. Eternal fame within the Skolelinux realm will be
bestowed upon those steadfast warriors who come to face the dreadfull hoards.
*again the horn sounds, as the messager rides on to spread the word*
