Yes, and no.  It can be used, and we include and install samba for
this purpose, but the configuration is not correct out of the box.
Someone need to check the configuration, and contribute the required
changes into the skolelinux autoconfiguration.

We are working on such module, and plan to use Cerebrum as the user
admin system.  Currently we use a simple ldap admin module, but it is
not complete at the moment.

We base Skolelinux on Debian/Woody, so this depend on the package.
